It’s hosted by Ocean Robbins and brings together 40 doctors, researchers, and nutrition experts. Throughout the series, they walk through new insights around food, overall health, and sustainability in a way that feels practical and easy to understand.


What I appreciate about this is that it’s not overwhelming. It’s designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re just starting to think about your health or looking to go deeper. The focus is on real, evidence-based information along with simple steps you can actually apply in everyday life.


Each episode is available for 24 hours after it airs, which makes it easy to watch at your own pace throughout the week. And if you end up wanting to revisit the content later, there’s also an option to purchase the full series for lifetime access.
